What problems do patients come to me with?
My core philosophy is an organ-preserving approach. I preserve the ovaries, ovarian reserve and fertility in cases where other surgeons recommended radical removal.
  • Uterine fibroids
Large, multiple, atypically located fibroids. I perform laparoscopic myomectomy even for nodes larger than 10 cm — preserving the uterus and reproductive function.
  • Endometriosis
Deep infiltrative endometriosis, retrocervical endometriosis, ovarian endometriomas. I excise lesions precisely, preserving the maximum of healthy tissue and use a gentle, non-coagulation technique to preserve the ovarian reserve when enucleating endometriomas.
  • Ovarian cysts
Dermoid cysts, serous and mucinous cystadenomas. I perform ovarian cyst enucleation while preserving the ovary — even if other surgeons has recommended its complete removal.
  • Intrauterine pathology
Polyps, synechiae, submucous fibroids, septa. Treatment of intrauterine pathology using “cold” instruments, a shaver, a bipolar mini-resectoscope or laser, in order to reduce the risk of recurrence and repeat intervention.
  • Pelvic organ prolapse and aesthetic surgery
Correction of both minor cosmetic defects and severe prolapse using a vaginal or combined laparo-vaginal approach with mesh implants.
  • Ectopic pregnancy
Emergency laparoscopic care. I assess the possibility of preserving the fallopian tube, as this is critical for future pregnancy planning.
  • Benign and malignant tumours
Accurate diagnostics and surgical management at the intersection of gynecology and oncology. I perform laparoscopic surgeries for endometrial cancer, treatment of cervical cancer, and open cytoreductive surgeries for ovarian carcinoma.
  • Infertility
Adhesions, consequences of previous operations, tubal factor, endometriosis as a cause of infertility. I eliminate the surgical cause and restore the chance of natural conception or increase the effectiveness of IVF. I trained under Professor Kazuhiro Kawamura in surgical ovarian activation in premature ovarian insufficiency.
  • Oncofertility
Biomaterial cryopreservation (ovarian tissue, oocytes/embryos) — the preservation of fertility in women facing chemotherapy, radiation or surgery for cancer.
  • Second opinion
Have you been offered surgery but are having doubts? Let's break down the situation and discuss all available treatment options. Medicine isn’t like math — there is usually more than one successful way to solve the same problem.
Why Choose Me
In my 22 years of practice, I’ve completed thousands of surgeries, from brief hysteroscopies to complex, hours-long open cancer operations. I take on both routine cases and those where other surgeons have lost hope. My mission is always to find the optimal, personalized solution for every patient.

How treatment works
Consultation
We discuss the results of examinations, the diagnosis, and treatment options. We choose the optimal strategy and the clinic for the operation.
Surgery
Outpatient procedures (hysteroscopy, cervical treatment) require a 1–2 hours hospital stay. For laparoscopy – minimally invasive incisions ensure a rapid recovery. Most patients returning home the same evening or the following morning.
Rehabilitation
Post-operative follow-up, review of pathology report and discussion of any necessary further treatment, with time dedicated to answering all your questions. My care doesn’t end at discharge — I support you throughout your recovery and long-term follow-up.

Reviews
The first step is a consultation
At the first appointment: a review of examinations, diagnoses, and treatment goals; ultrasound if necessary; a plan for how we proceed further
